honey mustard & lemon pepper chicken

When travelling, I highly recommend seeking your adventures with someone who is as passionate about food as you are…and who likes to cook. I happened to have been lucky enough to stumble upon my trip to Singer Island with such a person.

While I sat lazily listening to Spotify and reading a highly juvenile teen book on the couch, Amber slaved away in the kitchen making our dinner. It was pure heaven!

Here’s the recipe but know that the master chef added garlic to the lemon marinade and used high quality gruyere swiss rather than mozzarella cheese, along with a few other tweaks, I’m sure.
